2024 Pinot Gris
Pale gold in colour with bright clarity. The nose opens with grapefruit, nectarine, golden pear and white peach, layered with subtle pastry and vanilla notes from barrel fermentation.

The palate is lively and finely textured, showing crisp acidity and a long, refreshing finish. The barrel component adds gentle roundness, bringing structure and weight to the mid-palate while maintaining precision and freshness.

Pure, balanced and expressive — a reflection of the 2024 season in Central Otago.

Food pairing: Fresh seafood, creamy pasta or soft cheeses.
Serving suggestion: Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C.

2024 Pinot Noir

Deep purple with a vibrant red hue. The nose opens with layers of dark cherry, vanilla and roasted hazelnut, lifted by a hint of oak spice.

The palate is pure and finely textured — a balance of ripe fruit, delicate spice and mineral tension drawn from our schist soils. The 2024 season brought warm days and cool nights, creating a wine that carries both depth and brightness.
Graceful and expressive, this Pinot Noir reflects the quiet intensity of the Alexandra Basin.

Food pairing: Roast duck, mushroom risotto or grilled lamb.
Serving suggestion: Serve lightly chilled at 16 °C.

Daybreak 2025

Méthode Traditionnelle

Pale straw with soft golden hues and a fine, persistent bead. The nose opens with generous stone fruit aromatics — white peach, nectarine and apricot — layered with subtle brioche, fresh pastry and toasted almond notes from extended time on lees.

The palate is crisp yet beautifully rounded, with lively acidity providing freshness while flavours of ripe stone fruit and apple carry through. Lees ageing brings a gentle creaminess and soft texture, adding depth and complexity without overshadowing the wine’s natural vibrancy. Fine bubbles glide across the palate, leading to a clean, dry and elegant finish.

Bright and textural — a refined expression of the morning light and a graceful sparkling reflection of the Alexandra Basin.

Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, or paired with fresh seafood, roast chicken, canapés, or soft, creamy cheeses.

Serving suggestion: Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C

Pinot Noir Methode Ancestrale

Medium to deep pink in colour with a fine, delicate bead. On the nose, the wine opens with soft floral notes that lead into bright red fruits — strawberry, cherry and raspberry — finishing with a touch of watermelon.

The palate is fresh and lively, showing medium acidity reminiscent of crisp apple. Those red fruit characters return on the palate, wrapped around a gentle sweetness that balances the natural vibrancy. Fine bubbles and a touch of fruit roundness create a long, graceful finish.

Joyful and expressive — a pure reflection of the season and a natural expression of Pinot Noir from the Alexandra Basin.

Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, or with summer salads, charcuterie, or soft cheeses.
Serving suggestion: Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C.
